Why work with me?
You may be feeling like nothing has worked yet, and that no matter what you try, the same feelings keep coming back.
Many of my clients come to me struggling with trauma, depression, anxiety, difficulties with boundaries, or the impact of domestic abuse.
I offer the support you need to begin moving in the direction you choose.
Online therapy services
- Sessions last one hour and are conducted via Zoom.
- £60 per one hour session (Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm)
- £70 per one hour session outside of the above hours

Online therapy
I work online Via zoom meaning we can work together no matter where you are based. Online therapy also provides an opportunity to fit therapy into your life more flexibly.

Block-booked sessions
Therapy is an investment in yourself and I am happy to work with you to make it more affordable. Speak to me about block bookings to reduce the cost per session.

I prioritise creating a space where you feel secure, heard, and understood. This sense of safety is essential for you to begin exploring and healing your inner world.

My priorities for you are safe trauma processing and lasting change. I understand how important it is that you feel safe before we start talking about anything deeper. You get to choose the pace, and together we will make sure that you have everything you need at each stage of the work.
